Soft shoes without seams
Diabetes can cause foot problems; your feet may become extra sensitive or less sensitive. Our shoes feature a soft lining without seams or edges. Irritating spots? You won’t find them in our shoes.
Diabetic shoes
Diabetes is a chronic condition affecting millions globally, including over 4.3 million people in the UK. However, there are still many misconceptions about this disease. One lesser-known fact is that people with diabetes often experience foot issues. This is one of the complications associated with the condition, making it essential for those affected to carefully select their footwear. Some people with diabetes have highly sensitive feet, while others may experience reduced sensation.
Wolky is one of the few brands that designs shoes for diabetics. This collection includes popular Wolky styles reimagined with additional features for diabetic foot care. These diabetic shoes are designed with extra softness and comfort, thanks to a special lining and an added foam layer between the lining and outer material. These features make Wolky’s diabetic shoes ideal for people with sensitive feet. They can be recognized by the DB label at the end of the shoe’s name.

Key features of diabetic shoes
As you might expect, seamless, soft shoes are crucial for diabetics who suffer from foot discomfort. Flexible shoes that feel like slippers are ideal! Whether you have very sensitive feet or reduced sensation, it’s important that the interior of your shoes is smooth and gentle. This minimises the risk of wounds or irritation from stitching or rough edges. Additionally, it’s especially important for diabetic shoes to fit perfectly. Ill-fitting shoes are never good, but they are particularly unsuitable for sensitive feet. If you’re unsure about fit, consult a specialist in the shoe store – they can help you find the right size and width.
Women's shoes for diabetes
Our women’s shoes for diabetes feature extra soft linings without any seams. People with diabetes tend to have extra sensitive feet, or exactly the opposite, namely insensitive feet. No matter your feet, getting wounds or even chafing can be very painful and maybe even dangerous (if you don’t notice right away). It’s important to wear women’s shoes for diabetes to keep your feet health in order.
