Our minimum order value is £50.00.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is 100% free of charge for shipments to the United Kingdom.

Customers from England, Wales and Scotland can return shoes free of charge via UPS.

Unfortunately, the free return procedure does not apply for returns from Northern Ireland and the islands, such as Shetland Island, Jersey and Guernsey.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns outside of the UK. If you wish to return your order (or parts of it) from outside the UK, then you will need to pay postage.

WHERE WE DELIVER
At wolky.co.uk it is only possible to deliver packages at any location in the United Kingdom. If you would like to have your order delivered at another place than into the United Kingdom, we'd ask you kindly to go to wolkyshop.eu and pay in euro's. If you would like to pay in dollars, you can place an order at wolky.com.

CARRIERS
By default, all parcels within the United Kingdom are transported with UPS. In some cases, DHL is also used to speed up the delivery time.

At the checkout, you have the option to leave a note for the carrier. For example, whether the package can be delivered to the neighbours and at which house number they should (or should not) do so. After placing the order, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your personal track-and-trace code once your order has shipped. With this code you can track your package.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order will normally be delivered within 15 working days between 08.00 and 18.00. Do you have other wishes regarding the delivery time of your package? Please let us know and we will take this into account. If items are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you. Availability of the items depends on the stock in our stores and warehouse. If you have ordered two or more items, it is possible that your order will be delivered in parts when one of the shoes you have ordered, came with an extended delivery time.

Please note that our delivery time is approximately 15 days. Individual orders to the UK are collected for shipment and forwarded from our Central Warehouse in The Netherlands. Therefore, there is a delay between the shipping notification email and the actual delivery of the package to you, this delay will be a couple of days before you can check the status after receiving the shipping notification email.
