Ordered on August 13th and 18 days later they are still not delivered and the tracking isn’t working. I love Wolky sandals but I will not be ordering again. Summer sandals that arrive in autumn……

I had to return. The shoe had a sharp lip on the side, and was uncomfortable when walking. My foot is normal width. This was Frustrating as the shoe was comfy, I had also waited a long time for delivery and have difficulty getting the correct size been a 43.

You can always contact our customer service for advice. Maybe one of our other models would be more suitable. Regarding the long wait for your order, we do not entirely agree with you. We have a processing time of approximately 15 working days for our customers in the United Kingdom. You placed your order on July 7th and the carrier attempted to deliver it to you on Friday the 19th of July. However, no one was present. The second delivery attempt was then made on Monday July 21st. All of this took place within 15 working days. Kind regards, Team Wolky

How to measure the length of your foot: Put your foot on a piece of paper, draw a line above the big toe and at the heel. The distance between these 2 lines is your foot length.
