How Klarna works
Paying your invoice
Once you’ve decided to keep (part of) your order, you can pay your Klarna invoice. This can be done via klarna.com or, more easily, through the Klarna app. The app is available in both the App Store and Google Play Store.
Log in to the Klarna app and pay with a single click. First-time Klarna users will be asked to provide a few details. If you’ve used Klarna before, simply confirm you want to pay – no need for bank details or passwords. It’s quick, easy, and always secure.
Returning your order
Not entirely happy with your order? Simply return it following the return instructions provided with your parcel. If you’re only sending back part of your order, Klarna will automatically adjust the invoice. You’ll only pay for the items you keep. Need more time? You can pause your payment via the Klarna app. Just let Klarna know you’re returning something – this will pause the payment until everything is sorted.
Invoices
You can find all your Klarna payments and invoices in the Klarna app or on their website once you’re logged in.
Why can't I pay later with Klarna?
Sometimes the option to pay after delivery isn’t available. This could be because Klarna doesn’t have enough information to approve the ‘pay later’ option, the total purchase amount is too high, or you’re ordering from abroad.
