Ordering shoes online from Wolky couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the steps explained below. All you need to do is choose your shoes, enter your details, choose your preferred method of delivery and pay.

How to order your new favourite shoes from our webshop
Choose your shoes
- When you find an item in our web store that you would like to order, first select your size and colour.
- Add the item to your shopping cart and then choose whether you want to continue shopping or go to the checkout.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Review your shopping cart and then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
Filling in your details
- You will now be asked if you have a Wolky&Me account. If you do, enter your login details. Your information will then be filled in automatically, making ordering quicker and easier. If you haven’t shopped with us before, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest.
- Fill in the details required to place your order.
Delivery
Delivery is free for shipments to the United Kingdom. You can add a note for the delivery driver, such as whether your package can be left with a neighbour if you aren’t home when it arrives. Please note that our delivery time is approximately 15 days.
Payment
- Now it’s time to pay for your order. You can pay with Credit / Debit Card or PayPal. Select your preferred payment method and follow the payment process.
- Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order.
- When your order is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send you a track and trace code. You can use this code to keep track of the delivery status of your order, so you’ll know exactly when and where your order will be delivered.

- Fill in the details required to place your order. The payment screen will open. Select your preferred method of payment and follow the steps to pay and complete your order.

Our customer service department will be happy to help you place your order in another way. You can also order items by e-mail or phone. To enable us to help you quickly, we will need the following information: the item(s) you want to order, your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. After payment has been processed and the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder, so make sure to check there as well!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an item once your order has been paid for and placed. Would you like to order something else? Please place a new order, and we will process it as soon as possible!
